Acceptance of Placement Form:
This must be returned together with a deposit of £100 to show you are serious about joining the programme. This is sent to you with the selection course results.

General Immunisation letter:
This goes out in January. Contact Paula if you need another copy.

Passport details
We need a photocopy of the passport page with your photo on it. We must have this by the beginning of March.

Pay-in Slips:
Print these as you need them, and return them to us with fundraising cheques.

Medical Form:
You do not need to fill in a medical form unless specifically told to do so by your Desk Officer.

Parental Guarantee:
This needs to be signed and returned by your parents when you accept a place overseas.
