Travel to and from your country of choice

Flights are booked through STA (ATOL bonding No. 3206).

Outbound
A group of volunteers flying to the same country will normally travel together, and flights generally leave from London. Volunteers are expected to fund their own travel to London.
Security arrangements and luggage restrictions at airports and for different airlines must be checked out by individuals on the airline's website. We cannot be responsible for informing everyone of these.

Inbound
Tickets are mostly e-tickets with a reference number only for check in. Paper tickets are being issued less and less. All will have a mythical return date in April.
The reason for this is because airlines only keep twelve months of bookings on their computers, and the original booking was made in April.
As soon as airline computers are able to do this we will book everyone home around 15th August. One change of booking is allowed for free over and above this, but we may charge a small fee for further changes.
We are not a travel agency and our ability to make changes to fit in with an individual's plans is strictly limited. Our volunteers are expected to inform their parents of their return dates as these may be arranged individually.
