Your year in perspective...

Dear Volunteer,
Before you attend your debriefing course please can you fill in the form below. This form is a combination of the End of Year Summary and the Year in Perspective that you should have read about in Tanya's final circular of the year.

The answers to the questions will not only be used on the debriefing course but will serve as a record of what you have achieved during your year. We are often asked to write references for volunteers and apart from letters, emails and the snapshot seen of the year during a staff visit we are often lacking in information about what you achieved during the year.

Can you PLEASE write grammatically and check your spelling - thus we can cut and paste the text into future references. We will check if your claims seem a little outlandish!!! Alex.
